New Meditation Class

We will now be offering a half hour Meditation Class on Mondays at 12:15 pm and Thursdays at 7:15 pm. Meditation helps to reduce stress and anxiety and helps us learn to relax. There are many links to the health benefits of meditation, as well. It also opens your mind up for more creativity and spontaneity and helps increase your concentration. You don’t need any prior experience to attend this class.

You Can Arrive to Class 15 Minutes Early

While classes are going on, both doors to the studio will be locked.  The doors will be unlocked 15 minutes before class, so don’t go anywhere if you get there early!
